For Direct-To-Pay through the Arizona ESA Program:

1. Fill out the following form, so we can generate your invoice

2. An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours

3. Submit invoice to the vendor "Ms. Gaona"

4.Once you've received your invoice, submit it to Class Wallet

5. Email us the screenshot of the confirmation, ClassWallet takes 5-12 days to notify us after you have submitted your invoice, due to the current manual reviews.

6. After submission, Ms. Gaona will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the next steps. So excited to have you at Alzarse!
